However, for store credit returns, customers are responsible for shipping the items back. Cash refunds are not available.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. They cannot accept items that are covered in animal or human hair, have been washed, smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant marks or stains.

Any packages without any identification (packing slip, order number, RMA number, customer name/email) will be rejected and the items will be restocked.
